About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with a range of physical disabilities and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to children and young people with physical disabilities and conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapy interventions.
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
  4. Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes and independence.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in paediatric physiotherapy.
Requirements
  • Professional degree qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • State registration with the Health Professions Council.
  • Experience in managing physical disability and working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
