Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with a range of physical disabilities and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to children and young people with physical disabilities and conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapy interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in paediatric physiotherapy.
- Professional degree qualification in Physiotherapy.
- State registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Experience in managing physical disability and working with children and young people with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
