We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at The Portland Hospital, London. As a Lead Band 8 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions to children with complex needs, as well as leading the clinical development of staff and the growth and development of the service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions to children with complex needs
- Lead the clinical development of staff and the growth and development of the service
- Supervise junior and senior therapists to ensure high standards of physiotherapy clinical practice
- Support the Head of Therapies in overseeing the organisation and management of the Paediatric and Women's Health Physiotherapy team
- BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Current registered member of Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- At least 6 years' experience working as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in acute, community and/or education setting
- Previous experience of people management and leading a team
- Knowledge and application of paediatric physio assessments and interventions relevant to a Paediatric client group
