Customer Service Advisor Role
Our client, a rapidly growing company in the UK, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bracknell. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth for the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieving the store's financial targets by identifying and quantifying potential revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Ensure the store presents a high standard of cleanliness and adheres to all health and safety procedures
- Comply with company procedures and policies at all times
