Are you a customer-focused individual with a knack for delivering great service? We're looking for someone to join our team as an Administration & Customer Service Advisor.
About the RoleWe're a leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services, and we're expanding our business with a focus on motoring services and electric mobility. As an Administration & Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
