About the Role:

As a key member of the Mitchell Maguire team, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth for our tile and wall covering solutions in the South of the UK, ideally based in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the designated region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including housing associations, social housing providers, regional housebuilders, and modular builders.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on our tile and wall covering solutions, ensuring they meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction or building materials industry, with a strong understanding of tile and wall covering solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
