Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexi Working Hours Available)

About the Role:

We are expanding and seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be provided with your own desk to service a database of clients, along with the autonomy to develop and grow your desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Children's Homes and Specialist Education Providers to deliver recruitment services as needed
  • Advertise roles across job boards and social media, and perform real recruiting via referrals to attract top candidates
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and ensure candidates are compliant and ready for work
  • Engage in sales and business development with current and potential clients
  • Maintain long-term relationships with all business parties
  • Visit schools and assess their recruitment requirements
  • Ensure a high standard of service is always delivered
