Henshaws Specialist College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team in developing quality health care plans and risk assessments for students with a range of clinical needs.
About the RoleThis is a newly developed role with a large focus on quality and maintaining safe practice. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality health care plans and risk assessments for students
- Leading the clinical team in providing high-quality care and support to students
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance to staff and students
- Line managing the Nurse Associate and/or Nursing Assistants
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:
- A current NMC PIN Number
- Evidence of a recognised teaching qualification and experience of mentoring, supervising and assessing nursing students
- Experience of line managing staff or willingness to be trained in line management
- Extensive clinical experience and knowledge of a range of clinical conditions and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
