Join us at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Clinical Service Lead, responsible for the management and leadership of our outpatient department.

The successful candidate will have a nursing qualification, with experience in working autonomously and managing a clinical caseload. You will be passionate about continuous quality improvement and providing high-quality patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, plus benefits that include a secondment opportunity for 12 months. As a member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a high level of clinical experience and ensuring that outpatient performance targets are achieved and sustained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of outpatient services, including waiting list management
  • Collaboration with the clinical team to maintain high clinical standards
  • Leadership and development of staff within the department

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A nursing qualification, preferably with an RN NMC registration
  • Experience in leadership and development, ideally within a clinical setting
  • Extensive knowledge of pre and post-operative care specific to the client group
