About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Diversity and Inclusion Lead. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of our outpatient department, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to maintain high levels of clinical expertise and achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve waiting list management and clinical services.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
