Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver safe and efficient patient-centered care via face-to-face, video, and telephone consultations.
  2. Undertake patient home visits and nursing home visits when required.
Requirements
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in primary care
  • Knowledge of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)
  • Awareness of public health issues and wider health arena challenges
