About the Role

Activ is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our team as an Autism Specialist. This role will involve working with individuals with autism, providing support and assistance to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS (Proficient level)
  • A positive and contemporary attitude, with a commitment to maximising quality of life for people with disability
  • Experience in facilitating group sessions, training, coaching, and/or mentoring, with a proven track record in delivering strength-based and person-centered services

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:

Location and Working Hours

This role is based in Wembley, Western Australia, and involves working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. However, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of our clients.
