Job Summary

Your Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily living needs, fostering independence, and promoting their well-being. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing personalized support tailored to each individual's preferences and goals.
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, and household chores.
  • Encouraging social interaction and community engagement through outings, activities, and support groups.
  • Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
