About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Post Completion Assistant to join our Post Completion Department at Law Support Ltd in Leamington Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the post-completion process, liaising with clients, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Effective management of the post-completion process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of residential property transactions.
  2. Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the conveyancing process.

A solid understanding of residential conveyancing is necessary for this position, as you will be working closely with clients and colleagues to achieve successful property completions.
