Community Safety Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Community Safety Manager to join our team at Peabody, where you will play a crucial role in delivering customer services ambition. The successful candidate will have experience managing complex Anti-Social Behaviour cases and high-risk incidents.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in ensuring the delivery of excellent intervention and support services. As a Community Safety Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Community Safety Specialists.

Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Community Safety Specialists to deliver value-for-money intervention and support services.
  • Robustly deal with challenging behaviour from customers and staff.
  • Ensure effective management of complex Anti-Social Behaviour cases and high-risk incidents.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Housing qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Knowledgeable about current trends in housing law related to ASB and experienced with court proceedings and legal documentation.
  • Able to manage a team and hold others to account.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary:
  • £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
