Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Caralex Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external consultants, reviewing their work, and providing support to other departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential development industry, specifically in new build projects, including housing and flat developments. An architectural or civil engineering background is essential, with prior knowledge of working on large-scale residential projects.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established residential developer based in Essex, focusing on high-quality developments that meet the needs of clients such as housing associations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Appointing and managing external consultants
  • Reviewing consultant's work and providing assistance to other departments
  • Collaborating with construction staff, sales teams, and commercial teams
  • Ensuring projects meet client requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Technical Coordinator or Design Coordinator role
  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Proven track record in new build residential projects, including housing and flat developments
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
