Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our Digital function and contribute to the development of our customer relationship management strategy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to deliver strategic projects and manage relationships with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager to design and implement CRM strategies aligned with the company's objectives and customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze customer data to build out segmentation and lifecycle strategies, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on the ideal customer experience, leveraging data to inform opportunities for personalization and conversion optimization.
  • Plan, build, execute, optimize, and measure strategies for promotional campaigns across various channels, including email, push, and in-app notifications.
  • Support the wider CRM team in delivering their projects and contribute to the development of the CRM strategy.
  • Design and execute testing plans for trading, brand, and automated email flows to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM or email role, with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, preferably with experience in app development.
  • Strong background in CRM in a digital-first or tech environment, with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Essential experience using Braze, with a solid understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
