About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our growing Digital function at Salt, a leading eCommerce Tech business. As a CRM Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic projects and managing 3rd party relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior CRM Manager to develop and execute strategic projects that align with the company's objectives and customer-centric approach.
  • Support the development of a segmentation and lifecycle strategy by analyzing customer data.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the ideal customer experience, leveraging data to inform opportunities for personalisation and conversion optimisation.
  • Plan, build, execute, optimize and measure strategies for promotional campaigns deployed across different channels.
  • Support the wider CRM team in delivering their projects.
  • Execute a testing plan across trading, brand and automated email flows to optimise performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a CRM/ Email role where you have executed multi-channel campaigns, ideally with app experience.
  • Track record in CRM in a digital first or tech environments.
  • Experience using Braze is essential for this role.
  • Skilled in HTML and CSS.
