Key Responsibilities- CRM Operations Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud systems, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Provide data-driven insights to inform our growth strategy, including creating reports and visualizations to communicate complex data to senior stakeholders.
- Email and Landing Page Management: Plan and deliver email communications and build landing pages to meet fast-moving deadlines, ensuring maximum conversion and engagement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our growth marketing manager and new business team to maximize new business opportunities, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, and database growth strategies.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimization of email campaigns and landing pages, presenting findings in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Tool Expertise: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to provide insights and optimize landing page metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders regarding data, email, and landing page requests, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Analytical Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an eye for detail and high computer literacy with advanced knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Possess a great understanding of email marketing and customer journey map builds within an email platform.
- Landing Page Experience: Experience building and optimizing landing pages.
- Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
- Salesforce Expertise: Experience and expertise with Salesforce.
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager: Experience building and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns.
- AI and HTML: Familiarity with using AI to increase Salesforce efficiency and basic understanding of HTML.
