Community Key Worker

We are seeking a skilled Community Key Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Community Key Worker, you will be working with women involved in the Criminal Justice System, providing holistic one-to-one community support to women with a variety of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated one-to-one support to women, enhancing the offer of holistic support and advocacy services available to them throughout their journey.
- Build relationships with other statutory and non-statutory agencies in local communities to build referral pathways and provide a whole system approach to supporting individuals.
- Meet women in the community in your designated borough and co-locate with other agencies, including the National Probation Service.
- Regularly attend Advance's North London vibrant Women's Centre/office space.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work with women and a diverse range of delivery partners.
- Good awareness of Safeguarding procedures and strong Administration skills.
- Experience of supporting women with complex needs and a good knowledge of the criminal justice system.
- Confidence in working with women in the community and a creative approach to finding innovative solutions to support clients.
