Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team at Advance. As a Community Support Specialist, you will work closely with women involved in the Criminal Justice System, providing holistic support and advocacy services to help them achieve their goals and break the cycle of offending.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with women in the community and providing one-to-one support to help them meet their potential
- Working with a diverse range of delivery partners to ensure that women receive the best possible support
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each woman
- Providing advocacy services to help women navigate the Criminal Justice System and access the resources they need
