Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Co-ordinator to join our team at BSC Education Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all accommodation aspects for our adult colleges, ensuring that suitable provisions are made and maintaining a great working relationship with accommodation providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate homestay bookings and notify admissions coordinators of confirmed details in a timely manner
  • Be the point of contact for admissions and sales teams regarding accommodation requests
  • Oversee nominated rooms and inform the Admissions and Accommodation Manager of voids in advance to maximize revenue
  • Source ad hoc residential options when allocated rooms are full
  • Liaise with providers and college teams to ensure complaints are limited and quality of accommodation is exceptional
  • Support admissions with pre-arrival issues and changes, and assist colleges with post-arrival challenges
  • Effectively deal with arising challenges, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the Admissions and Accommodation Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in accommodation and/or hospitality
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Fluent in English
Desired Experience/Skills
  • Previous experience in the education sector would be advantageous
