Development Officer

A prestigious social justice organisation is seeking a skilled Fundraising and Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing funding to support their mission and break down barriers for disabled students.
The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum, with a flexible working arrangement that includes hybrid working and home-based options. Travel may be required, but there is flexibility around location, salary, and hours.
As the Fundraising and Development Manager, you will take the lead on developing and implementing fundraising strategies. You will steward existing relationships with key stakeholders and establish new partnerships to drive income growth.
Key requirements for this role include excellent relationship building skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. Strong communication skills and experience in donor engagement are also essential. Knowledge of fundraising principles and strategies is beneficial.
