Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety and Housing Lead to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our services and staff. Your expertise in health and safety standards, risk management, and property management will enable you to provide expert guidance and support to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and safely.

As a Health and Safety and Housing Lead, you will be responsible for managing all health and safety aspects in Northern Ireland. This includes providing H&S advice to managers, conducting property visits, gathering and analysing key H&S data, and working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including landlords, regulatory bodies, and contractors.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- NEBOSH (General Certificate) or similar qualification
- Strong background in health and safety standards, risk management, and property management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word & Excel)
