About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers.

You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure effective use of our CRM system and contribute to the growth and development of leads for our General Insurance and Financial Services products.

Main Tasks:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage our CRM system to track customer interactions and identify potential sales opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience and excellent communication skills.
  • GCSE in Maths and English (A-C grade) or equivalent.
  • Strong IT literacy, proficient using MS Office Applications.
