Job Description
NFP, an Aon company (Europe), is seeking a skilled General Insurance Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling general personal lines, including car, van, and classic car/motorcycle policies.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional image, identifying customer needs, and providing an ongoing service. You will also be responsible for completing and processing new business, ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines, and building your own technical knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer care skills, planning and organizational skills, and negotiation skills. You should also have general insurance experience, particularly with car, van, and classic car/motorcycle policies. Additionally, you should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
