Regional Director - Infrastructure Operations Lead
About the Role:ChandlerKBS is seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead infrastructure operations in the Midlands and North of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and expansion while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver a long-term strategy for the success and growth of the business in the region.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team towards achievement of the long-term strategy.
- Establish a best-in-class service provision and delivery capability.
- Liaise with sector leads and offices to create new opportunities.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of delivering major infrastructure projects.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver profitable work across multiple sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
