Support Our Work as a Volunteer Shop Assistant

We are seeking committed and compassionate individuals to join our team as volunteer shop assistants in Northallerton. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to improve the lives of children worldwide.

About the Role:

  • Assist with sorting and pricing stock, ensuring it is appealing to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain the shop floor, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

What We're Looking For:

How to Get Started:

After applying, you'll be invited to an informal trial shift to meet our team and get a feel for the role. We also ask for a couple of references, but these don't need to be formal work references.
