About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Support Worker to join our team in delivering rehabilitation and employment training and education support to individuals and groups within our CFO Programme.

Your main responsibilities will include providing support and guidance to participants, helping them to overcome complex barriers and achieve their goals. You will also work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective intervention strategies, ensuring that participants receive the best possible support to succeed.
