RD Content Animation Producer Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Animation Producer to join our dynamic team at RD Content, a leading content agency based in London.

As an Animation Producer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality animated content for various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project teams, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead project teams to bring creative ideas to life, fostering a collaborative environment and effective communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and client stakeholders, ensuring project goals and expectations are aligned.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and adjusting plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Passion for animation and storytelling.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple animation projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, with an eye for detail and ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Brilliant communication skills and ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Budgeting and scheduling expertise using tools like Excel or specialized production software.
  • Experience overseeing project budgets exceeding £100,000.
  • High energy, ambitious, and motivated to deliver exceptional results.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent, office-based

Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00/year
