As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll embark on a fast-paced journey where you can build a rewarding career through hard work and determination. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include maintaining and developing business from existing clients, performing phone-based sales calls, attending client meetings, interviewing and expanding your pool of candidates, meeting KPI targets, and adhering to audit and compliance requirements.

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales (highly advantageous)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
