About the Role:

We are seeking a Children's Activity Instructor to join our team at The Sands Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children, develop your skills, and make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured activities for groups of children, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
  • Assist with birthday parties, meeting the expectations of the birthday child and their guests.
  • Encourage children with praise, creating a positive and respectful environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 2 in Childcare / Play Work or a Level 2 coaching qualification.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted and Health & Safety legislation, as well as the qualities that parents and guardians expect from childcare provision.
  • A friendly, approachable, and imaginative approach, with the ability to be a positive role model.
