Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

OMODA & JAECOO are new brands built by Chery Group, a leading Chinese automobile company. Our business scope covers R&D, production, and sales of passenger cars.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our Vehicle Logistics Manager and Sales team. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for our Omoda & Jaecoo Dealer Network and RSMs in queries relating to vehicle delivery, registration, vehicle damage, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Vehicle Logistics Manager and Sales team
  • Be the central point of contact for the Omoda & Jaecoo Dealer Network and RSMs
  • Assist with admin duties such as submitting shipping damage claims, vehicle customs clearance, and clearing down SMMT disputes
  • Daily liaison with logistics suppliers to ensure processing of vehicles/vehicle delivery in a timely manner
  • Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist other O&J internal departments with information requests relating to vehicle logistics and registration
  • Initiate and develop strong relationships with dealers

Requirements:

  • Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent training in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar
  • Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
