Anderselite is recruiting a Category Buyer/Procurement Manager to join their Asset Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing specific categories of spend, overseeing contract management, supplier relationships, and supplier performance.

About the Opportunity
  • Contract management: Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations with suppliers, ensuring effective category management within the portfolio
  • Tender lead: Lead tenders and perform detailed tender analysis
  • Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to ensure best value procurement
  • Vendor performance: Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure contract compliance
  • Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and facilities managers
  • Dispute resolution: Serve as a key point of contact for dispute resolution
  • Vetting consultants: Oversee the performance of third-party vetting consultants
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2-5 years of procurement and supply management experience
  • Experience in Property or Facilities Management (FM) is preferred
  • Professional certification such as CPSM or CIPS, with evidence of ongoing professional development
  • Expertise in procurement/contract management of soft and/or hard services, facilities, or property management is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and its application in purchasing
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and managing contractor performance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, combined with strong numerical and analytical capabilities
