About the Role

As a Governance Officer, you will be responsible for providing a professional clerking service to school governing boards. Your duties will include providing advice on governance legislation and procedures, preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining accurate records of governing body memberships and terms of office.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. You should have experience of working in a similar role, and be familiar with governance procedures and regulations.
