The role involves working closely with functions and data owners to understand information needs and requirements, translating business requirements into effective queries and analysis. Data Governance Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Technology & Resilience to ensure effective data governance, including policies, standards, and procedures. Work in the business to establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Data Governance Principles and best practice.
  • Experience & knowledge around data management techniques, including operational analytics and assurance reporting.
  • Ability to reconcile and resolve conflicting information.
  • Business Analysis tools and techniques in waterfall and agile environments.
Benefits:

30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, 10% Organisation Performance Bonus, 15% Pension (10%+5%), 37.5 hours per week, flexi time and hybrid working.
