{"About the Role": "As a key member of our Regulatory team, you will be responsible for driving regulatory solutions and promoting a collaborative mindset while holding accountability on agreed deliverables. You will develop processes ensuring efficiencies and delivery of regulatory activities in market, and be an important point of contact with market partners, representing and protecting No7 Beauty Company brands and products. You will also be responsible for regulatory compliance of No7 Beauty Company products sold in market, and compliance to internal and distributor standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Leadership: Drive regulatory solutions and promote a collaborative mindset
• Process & Governance: Develop processes ensuring efficiencies and delivery of regulatory activities in market
• Product Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance of No7 Beauty Company products sold in market
• Market entry & expansion: Support the Global Regulatory Manager in developing strategies to launch No7 beauty products in new or expanding markets
• Horizon Scanning: Represent No7 Beauty Company externally, support the building of external networks

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 years' experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably cosmetics
• Logical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
• Ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability
