Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Expert to join our team at Boots, a leading beauty and healthcare company. As a key member of our Regulatory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our products with regulatory requirements in the EMEA & APAC markets.
About the Role
As a Regulatory Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that our products meet all relevant regulatory requirements, including those related to safety, efficacy, and labeling.
- Process Development: Developing and implementing processes to ensure efficient and effective regulatory compliance, including the management of regulatory submissions and communications with market partners.
- Product Compliance: Ensuring that our products comply with internal and distributor standards, and that any issues are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Market Entry & Expansion: Supporting the development of strategies to launch our products in new or expanding markets, and leading market expansion projects.
- Horizon Scanning: Representing the company externally, building external networks, and scanning regulatory changes to identify areas of threat and opportunity for the business.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 – 3 years' experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- A logical and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
