As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the operational planning and oversight of our Trials Unit's expanding research portfolio of multicentre clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Unit's Operations Group, comprising of the leaders of its constituent professional teams, to review, improve and introduce trial processes and unit practices to maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate resources and timelines across trial teams, and monitor study progress.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of our Trials Unit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into trial design and conduct.
- Provide expert guidance and support to trial teams on regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Extensive research experience in the design and conduct of clinical trials, with knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
