About the Role

Leadership and Regulatory Solutions

As a key member of the Regulatory team at No7 Beauty Company, you will be responsible for driving regulatory solutions and promoting a collaborative mindset while holding accountability on agreed deliverables.

Process and Governance

You will be responsible for developing processes ensuring efficiencies and delivery of regulatory activities in market. This will involve being an important point of contact with market partners, representing and protecting No7 Beauty Company brands and products. You will also be responsible for feeding in our tools and data management systems to ensure compliance and traceability accuracy.

Product Compliance and Regulatory Support

You will be responsible for regulatory compliance of No7 Beauty Company products sold in market, and compliance to internal and distributor standards. You will be an expert point of contact for regulatory support with suppliers and internal teams.

Horizon Scanning and Regulatory Change Management

You will represent No7 Beauty Company externally, support the building of external networks. You will be responsible for scanning regulatory changes, impact assessing and translating outputs to identify areas of threat and opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regulatory solutions to ensure compliance with market regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and market partners to ensure efficient delivery of regulatory activities
  • Provide regulatory support to suppliers and internal teams
  • Scan regulatory changes and identify areas of threat and opportunities for the business

Requirements

  • At least 2 – 3 years' experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably cosmetics
