About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires driving regulatory solutions, promoting a collaborative mindset, and holding accountability for agreed deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leadership: Developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance and efficiency in market.
  • Process & Governance: Establishing processes to ensure regulatory activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Product Compliance: Ensuring regulatory compliance of No7 Beauty Company products sold in market, and compliance to internal and distributor standards.
  • Horizon Scanning: Representing No7 Beauty Company externally, identifying regulatory changes, and assessing their impact on the business.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • A logical and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
