Leadership: As a key member of the Regulatory team at No7 Beauty Company, you will drive regulatory solutions and foster a collaborative mindset while holding accountability for agreed deliverables.
Process & Governance: You will develop processes to ensure efficiencies and delivery of regulatory activities in market, serving as an important point of contact with market partners and representing No7 Beauty Company brands and products. You will also feed into our tools and data management systems to ensure compliance and traceability accuracy.
Product Compliance: You will be responsible for regulatory compliance of No7 Beauty Company products sold in market, and compliance to internal and distributor standards. As an expert point of contact for regulatory support with suppliers and internal teams, you will support the Global Regulatory Manager in developing strategies to launch No7 beauty products in new or expanding markets against the 3Y plan. You will lead given market expansion projects and develop new relationships with partners and global regulatory experts.
Horizon Scanning: You will represent No7 Beauty Company externally, supporting the building of external networks. You will be responsible for scanning regulatory changes, impact assessing, and translating outputs to identify areas of threat and opportunities for the business.
Requirements- At least 2 – 3 years' experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
