About the Role

The Global Regulatory Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the regulatory team at Boots, a leading health and beauty retailer, in bringing products to all global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation approval: Ensure all documentation is submitted on regulatory portals and maintain information on relevant systems.
  • Process & Governance: Track all activities and documentation submissions, ensuring traceability and clear reporting.
  • Communication facilitation: Review and maintain the team's email inboxes, facilitating regulatory portals updates and artwork release, delivering on time and prioritized activities.
  • Budget facilitation: Creates and facilitates purchase orders for the Product Integrity department, working with the leadership team, ensuring clear budget governance, on-time delivery of costs, and review of the process to lead efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role, preferably technical.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a varied workload.
  • Adept at problem-solving with a pragmatic, logical, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and management of office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
