Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn from experienced recruiters and develop your recruitment techniques and strategies.
  • Source and evaluate potential candidates for job openings, and conduct interviews to assess their qualifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • A passion for working with people and helping them find the right career opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £23,000-£25,000, with increased guarantees available depending on experience.
  • An uncapped commission structure, with OTEs of £30k-£40k in the first year, £40k-£50k in the second year, £50k-£60+ in the third year, and £60k-£100k in the fourth year.
  • 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy additional holidays.
