Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative assistance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's diary and schedule meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing documents and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure the CEO's itinerary is up to date
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
Working Hours:

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work outside of core hours as required
