We are a leading ad agency looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our health and well-being team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our creative resources strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and acquisition of top talent across creative, design, client services, and strategy teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address creative resource gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional creative resourcing experience and expertise to support the growth and success of our teams.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional creative resourcing experience, ideally with a background in project management.
  • Strong understanding of the creative industry and the needs of our clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
