About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team at Peter Alan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements

We are looking for a sales professional with exceptional customer care and service experience. You should be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full UK driving license is also essential.
