We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Advisor to join our Merchant Support Team at our Park Royal office in London. As a trusted supplier of specialist construction products, we provide unrivalled technical and sales advice to builders' merchants nationwide.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer sales enquiries and queries for Merchant sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively contacting customers to promote new offers and campaigns to generate new business for the Merchant Sales Channel.
- Managing customer relationships to ensure all enquiries meet their needs and are managed to a successful resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer-facing skills with previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
- IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
