Inside Sales Specialist Role Overview

At Dell Technologies, we're looking for a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team as a Technical Advisor. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering technical solutions to customers, working closely with our sales team to meet and exceed their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the sales team on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio to effectively address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver complex technical solutions to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, with the goal of managing your own accounts.

  • Proven sales skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to focus on results and prioritize tasks effectively.
