Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at St Elizabeth's. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and living support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being, and ensuring a safe and secure living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care and living support, including personal care and medication administration
  • Promote independence and learning, encouraging residents to participate in leisure and social activities
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and clean home environment
  • Prepare and cook meals
  • Administer medication (full training provided)

Requirements
