As a Specialist Nanny/Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients with acquired Brain Injury, enabling them to optimize their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to clients with acquired Brain Injury, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a support worker role or similar, within the past 3 years.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, with a strong focus on client safety and well-being.
